RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Noxus Lab offers a possibility of return within 14 days. You have 14 days after the date of receipt of your package to send us the product.

If you contact us after 14 days or if the product has not reached us within the specified time, returns cannot be accepted.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition and packaging, as you received it.

To be eligible for a return, please provide the following information to support:

- An email of your return request, with explanation of the problem, sent to support@noxus.fr ,
- 2 or 3 photos of the products (or video if necessary),
- The purchase invoice for the returned product.

You will receive a response to your request within 24 to 48 hours.

If your return request has been approved, you will receive by email the steps to follow to make your return.

Please do not send your product until you have confirmed support.

After receipt and inspection of the product, you will obtain confirmation of receipt by email.


If the return conditions have been respected, you will obtain a confirmation email and a replacement or refund for your order. This will appear on your bank statement or on the payment method used within 14 working days.

Attention ! Return costs/dispute costs and miscellaneous costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for the following cases:

- If the package was not delivered because you provided a wrong address or an incomplete address,
- If the package has not been delivered because you have not received the package,
- If you damaged the package,
- If the package is returned to us more than 14 days after the delivery date,
- If a discount or promotional code was used when ordering,
- For any valid reason according to the judgment and decision of the members of the Noxus™ after-sales service.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at support@noxus.fr and send your article to: 12 avenue mazarin, Chilly-Mazarin, Essonne, 91380, France.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.


SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 12 avenue mazarin, Chilly-Mazarin, Essonne, 91380, France.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. It is possible that Noxus Lab covers the return costs if this is due to an error on our part (example: product received different from the product ordered).

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

We recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
