Warranty Policy
Who is the guarantor?
Noxus™ (hereinafter referred to as “Noxus” or also “we” and “us”) provides a warranty for original Noxus products, including earphones, charging cables, carrying cases, and any other accessories sold under the Noxus brand (hereinafter collectively referred to as “product” or “products”), in accordance with the terms and conditions described below during the specified warranty period.

What is the relationship between the rights of this warranty and statutory warranty rights?
The warranty offered by Noxus is a voluntary commercial warranty, separate from the legal guarantee of conformity. It does not affect your rights under French or European law. In the event of non-compliance or defect, you can still assert your legal rights with the original seller, at no additional cost.
If you purchased your product directly from Noxus.fr, you can contact us with any complaints. If you purchased your product through a reseller, please contact them for any warranty-related inquiries.
How long is the warranty period?
The Noxus commercial warranty period is 2 years for any product purchased within the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. It begins on the date of purchase of the product.
If the product was received as a gift without proof of purchase, the warranty begins 90 days after the manufacturing date . To verify this date, please contact us with the product serial number via our customer service at: support@noxus.fr
If a product is replaced under this warranty, the initial warranty period remains unchanged: it does not restart .
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers only original Noxus products purchased from Noxus.fr or an authorized reseller. It applies to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period.
In the event of a proven defect, we will replace the affected product with an identical model, where possible. If the model is unavailable or obsolete, we will offer you an equivalent or superior product.
If an earbud or the charging case is damaged, the entire set can be replaced under warranty, based on the assessment of our customer service.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper , abusive or commercial use

Damage due to normal wear and tear

Losses , accidents or external causes

Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product

Free promotional gifts or certain accessories , such as free pouches or headbands
Any product modified or repaired without our prior authorization will automatically lose its warranty eligibility.
